Shipping Notice
Due to the World Soccer Tournament taking place across major U.S. host cities from June 11 to July 19, 2026, temporary shipping delays may occur in certain regions.
During this period, mail and parcel processing, transportation, and delivery services may be impacted. Tracking updates may also be delayed, and some orders may require longer transit times than usual.
Affected regions may include New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Washington, and Missouri, among others.

When will your order ship?
We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Here's what you can expect once you've placed your order with us:
For Plaud Note Pro, Plaud Note, Plaud NotePin S and Plaud NotePin:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing your order.
- Delivery Time: The delivery time is as follows.
Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days.
For remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska: 20 business days.
Note: Delivery may be delayed up to 7 business days due to peak periods, weather, or carrier issues.
ZEKNEO currently doesn’t include Express Delivery Service. If you purchased ZEKNEO with an additional express delivery fee, please contact our support team (admin@horusos.com) to request a refund for the service.
We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in delivery. In such cases, we will send you an email reminder. Please allow a few extra days, especially if there are adverse weather conditions affecting deliveries. If you haven't received an update on your shipment within approximately 3 business days, please contact us at admin@horusos.com and we'll assist you promptly.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to Mainstream host countries and regions in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How can I track my order?
